When they hit me and kept on down the road, I called 911 & arranged for an officer to meet me at a location I was dropping something off at. I decided to move because it was a residential area and didn’t want someone thinking I was up to no good. I moved to a restaurant parking lot about a quarter mile away and moments later, the car that hit me and left, drove right by me! I follow them & confront them & told them I was going to call 911. I did and told 911 that I found the person who hit me & said they ran into their house. They asked where I was at and I backed up to the street sign for the name and drove back. By this time the individual came back out & tried to get in their car. They couldn’t get the driver side door open so they opened the passenger rear door and climbed in, closed the door and climbed over to the drivers seat. They started their car and tried to leave. I tell 911 they’re trying to leave a second time & they asked for the license plate
